Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase kindly return to us and you will receive a credit note or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us prior to returning for approval
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving within Australia
  • Goods must not be used, damaged, washed or altered
  • Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable unless deemed faulty
  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge
  • All items must be returned at the expense of the customer

 

Deliveries and shipping policy

  • Standard shipping metro areas 2- 10 days - $15 flat rate
  • Note that these times may be affected by current Covid 19 restrictions
  • For larger items- Furniture, artwork, lighting & mirrors we will source the most affordable freight option and communicate with you. At check out the automated $15 freight charge will confirm and process your order. We will then notify you to discuss the difference in freight charge.

  • Once we have received your order and payment you will receive a confirmation email.
  • You may also call the shop directly and we can process your order manually using a credit card
